H.R. 1424 Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/C?c110:./temp/~c110JIik9X referred to as the `TARP'), commence ongoing oversight of the activities and performance of the T.A.R.P and of any agents and representatives of the T.A.R.P (as related to the agent or representative's activities on behalf of or under the authority of the TARP), including vehicles established by the Secretary under this Act.
