MiRyang and I woke up in a tent on a beach on the island of Daeijakdo in the West Sea. You can see the remains of our campfire. It is very difficult to find a serene scene like this in Korea. Shortly afterward a group of locals decided our side of the beach, near our tent, was the best place for a soccer game, despite the rest of the beach being empty. The lack of spacial respect in Korea is one of Korea's biggest drawbacks.
